Topanga Ridge offers individual leases and takes care of all utilities within one monthly total. No need for third party security deposits for electricity or opening personal utility accounts. We offer on-site life skills training on a regular basis. Residents can choose to attend any of our free seminars, as professionals from various Fresno businesses and industries participate to mentor our residents. Our on-site, 24hr. maintenance staff will attend to emergencies and resident needs. Topanga Ridge is locally owned and operated, and the attentive corporate staff will ensure the residents are treated right.
