University Place is a 4 star community conveniently located next to the Fresno State Football Stadium. We offer amenities that give you a home away from home feeling.  We have designed our community with a craftsman theme while incorporating a resort style courtyard, an outdoor kitchen and BBQ, an indoor billiard room and a free colored printing computer station!  Our community is not overwhelming in size which allows more resident to staff one on one time.  Each apartment home comes fully furnished equipped with DirecTV and WiFi.  We are also one of the only Studnet Housing communities that offers garages.  We are only 4 years old as a community but have a wealth of knowledge between staff members who graduated from Fresno State recently.  We value your needs and are sure to exceed your expectations. We look forward to providing you with top notch customer service and having you become a valued resident of ours!
