The property is a very nice remodeled furnished 2024 sqf house with 3 units, a living room, and a kitchen open on a large dining area. The units as well as the house are fully furnished and equipped. Linen is available (out of state students do not need to bring or purchase sheets, blankets, towels, etc.) The kitchen is equipped for cooking (dishes, pots, dish washer, garbage disposal, microwave, etc.).
No need to pay for expensive parking at ASU: the property is one mile to Mill Avenue and ASU Tempe campus. It is an easy bike riding distance from/to ASU and on the route of the free ORBIT Venus Tempe shuttle that runs daily from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Free parking is available at the property. It is close to major highways: I10 (1.1 mile), 202 (1.3 miles), 60 (2.4 miles). The neighborhood is quiet and close to park, restaurants, and shopping. You won’t need that ASU parking pass living this close. Save the money.
The other tenants are young professionals and ASU graduate students. The atmosphere is very friendly yet calm and respectful of privacy.
