Resident is responsible for renter’s insurance & all utilities including:
-$30 per month for common area maintenance
-$11 per month utility billing fee
-$35 per month for parking
-$10 per month property tax
-Water, sewer, trash billed separately
-Resident to set up electricity and gas

Move in fees-
$150 non-refundable cleaning fee
$250 non-refundable lease initiation fee
$250 refundable deposit – this amount may vary based on application screening results

Animal friendly, up to 2 animals maximum. Pet deposit and monthly pet rent per pet.

Breed Restrictions will apply-Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers, Chows, Presa Canarias, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Pit bulls, Doberman Pinchers, Wolf or Wolf Hybrids; or any mix of these.
