Bus stop is actually right next to the complex and goes to to U Campus or Downtown. Our tenants in this building are mostly students (both graduate and undergraduate) and single professionals but not a requirement. We try our best to match close in age for roommates. Great place for a friendly, busy person looking for an affordable, central, quiet location. Not a party place. We do run background checks so must pass. Parents co-sign okay / job /financial aid all okay. Just pay on time and be a good tenant and roommate! * Old charm - rooms are spacious with plenty of sun light. * Good size room 11x10 with 3 closets and 3 windows! - affordable, and most studios in this area rent $1200+ so great deal! * This room is on the top floor -amazing setup , furnished with full size bed, desk, chair, nightstand, dresser/storage, paintings and more. You just need to bring your own bedding and personal items. You are welcome to bring your own paintings/poster, etc to reflect your personality. Please make sure you can say No to all these : No smoking/drugs/pets/criminal /eviction/bankruptcy. * You should be someone sane, stable, easy to get along, clean and know how to live with roommates. i.e. respect roommate's privacy, clean up after yourself, don't steal their pizza or milk, and be a good roommate. Must pay rent on time and responsible. We don't have time for deadbeats, losers, criminals etc * We want our tenants to have good tenant experience so important that you are a nice person and good match. * The best part is you are on room Contract - individual contract so you won't be responsible for others, only your own rent and we will find roommates for you unless you already have friends who want to be your roommates.
