Great location on N. Aurora St. in Fall Creek. 10-min. walk to Ithaca Commons, 15-to-20 mins. to the Cornell Arts Quad, and easy access to buses for other areas of campus or shopping.
Fully furnished room, about 200 square feet including storage for rent. Queen poster bed, dresser, bookcase, desk, and ergonomic chair. Lots of storage in two big closets. Good light from 2 large windows.

Preferably for international doctoral students, post-docs, or visiting scholars. Quiet spaces for work, study, and small gatherings of friends. After raising my children in this family home, I have rented from one-to-three bedrooms, as individual rooms with access to the full house and grounds, for most of the past 15 years.
Renters have come from four continents and many countries, bringing their cultural and food traditions—Vietnam, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, the Congo, Turkey, India, Colombia, Haiti, Iran, China, and Albania. Some renters stay for 1 to 4 years; others are visiting scholars or faculty at Cornell.
I continue to work from the studio space behind the house and have a room in the house, where my partner and I occasionally stay. The advantage of this relationship is that I am on-site almost every day to address questions that come up in transition and any maintenance or repairs.
Use the onsite separate studio space (when available), drums, full dining room, living room, and possible shared driveway space.
