The renters will also have shared access to the rest of the main floor (dining room, kitchen and living room) along with the laundry room in the lower level of the residence.

The larger of the two bedrooms is available for $850.00 monthly and the smaller for $750.00 monthly. All utilities, internet, trash and recycle are included in the rent.

This residence and currently includes 2 adults, 2 medium sized dogs and 2 cats....all of which are friendly (humans included). The residence is a little less than 2 miles from main campus and will include one off-street parking space and one space available in the cul-de-sac along with bike parking options on the side of, or in the back of the house.
