This 3BR 1BA unit is the main floor of house. There is a separate unit in the basement. Each unit, has its own separate entrance. Residents of each unit, do not have access to the other unit. (Currently in basement unit resides a quiet, married PhD couple, who recently renewed for their 3rd year.)

PRACTICAL:

-Lease is 8/1/26 through 7/31/2027 with the option to renew. (Most students do, through entire degree program.)
-Students' financial aid packages often suffice to qualify, even with little or no income. Parent guarantor often works as well.

AFFORDABLE RENT:
-Rent $2,376/mo
-OR- Save over $500 this year via a DISCOUNTED RATE of $2,334/mo, if Lease & Security Deposit received by 6/5/26! :)
-Rate based on 5/13/26. Rate may change. Feel free to double check.
*Rent likely includes up to 2 Pets: Meaning, no additional Pet Rent pending details. See “PETS NEGOTIABLE”, below.

-While many past tenants have kept cool, by opening windows at night & close in morning, portable AC units are allowed. Including any you have, I also have one available.

-Address is Approximate for privacy. Actual address provided with a confirmed showing appointment. Please, no drop-ins to respect current residents.
-Home is unfurnished (photos may show previous tenants' furniture)
