My wife and I own the four-unit building 2003-2009 Fulton Street across the street from campus.
The building consists of four apartments two 2-bed 2-bath and two 3-bed 2-bath.
As of now, the building is rented to all USF girls. Three groups of girls graduate, while two apartments stay for their senior year.
All of the current students signed two-year leases.
New leases begin July 1, 2025

Our building is coveted, and units are rent fast. Yes, it's the building that faces Malloy Hall. Parking is extra. We will have two spots.
