We are seeking a compassionate, responsible, and dedicated Cal Poly student for a House Manager position in a shared home located near Highland & Jeffrey Drive, within walking distance to Cal Poly.
The home currently houses two Cal Poly students and supports a high-functioning adult male on the autism spectrum. Daily supported living staff are already in place and assist with meal preparation, daily living skills, and recreation.
House Manager Responsibilities:
Be on-site and available for overnight emergencies
Coordinate maintenance requests as needed
Schedule monthly house cleanings
Support general household organization
Take trash bins to/from the street for weekly pickup
Assist with care of one household cat
Communicate any tenant or maintenance concerns

Private single bedroom in a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in San Luis Obispo
Shared hallway bathroom with one other student
All utilities included (Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, water, landscaping)
Washer & dryer on site

Free rent in exchange for 25 hours per month of scheduled supported living shifts
