Looking for a quiet, responsible professional/graduate student to join a household of three young male engineers in a well-maintained four-bedroom home located in Mira Mesa/Scripps Ranch area. Available in late July.
Rent: $1200/month. Furnished. Utilities Included: Electricity, gas, water, garbage, and high-speed internet are all covered by the owner. Note: We foster a culture of mindful energy and water conservation.
Rental is on a month-to-month basis, until either party terminates this agreement by giving the other party 30 days’ written notice.
Occupancy: Single occupancy only

Strict No-Drug Policy: Possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
No Pets: To maintain the condition of the home and accommodate allergies.
