AMAZING LOCATION.   LOOK AT THE MAP - REALLY!!!!  This house is closer to the Olpine Student Union (the center of campus and most classroom buildings) than any other property on this website!  99% of the listings on this website require you to drive to campus and deal with epic parking hassles. Students driving to campus are frequently arriving hours early to find a parking space and sometimes paying hourly fees even with a U permit. Any housing more than a block or two West of Campus requires a serious uphill walk to get to campus. From the Utah Renaissance House, it is a leisurely one minute walk to get to campus and five more minutes of easy walking to get to the Union Building in the middle of campus. Three of the current tenants do not have cars. NONE of the current tenants drive to get to class!
