Landlord pays water sewage and trash. Tenants pay electric. There is electric baseboard heat and two window AC units will be installed upon request.

There is a shared coin-operated laundry machines in the basement with storage units for each apartment. Parking is on street, but relatively easy.
All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
