In our landmark, historic house we offer 2 sunny furnished bedrooms (east and west facing). Bedrooms share a full sized eat-in, skylit kitchen, and a large, designer tiled bathroom with clawfooted tub and sun shower.
Walk down tree-lined Manhattan Ave. in Manhattan Valleys fashionable, historic neighborhood to our 134 year old, fully modernized house with old world charm. We are situated 1/2 block to Central Park at Strangers Gate entrance to the jogging path, 2.5 blocks to the B/C Central Park Subway, 1/2 block tp M-7 and M-11 Bus lines. Walk to Columbia U, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, multiple west side eateries, Columbus Ave, and Broadway.
We seek responsible renters, student, faculty, short or long term, either 2 females (one in each room) or a small, family partnership unit for the entire floor. East and west bedrooms or the entire floor.

West Room: (Female Preferred at This Time) Furnished and All Inclusive (WiFi, heat, electricity, air conditioning) Approximately 16'x17'. There are 3 large windows facing tree-lined Manhattan Ave. and historic homes, double bed, large double pocket door closet, multiple shelving units, bureau, desk.
Designer tiled Bathroom is large, has a large east facing window, storage closet, medicine cabinet, original clawfooted tub with sun shower and plenty of towel bars and bathrobe hooks.
Kitchen, new and skylit with under-counter lighting, convection oven- microwave, toaster oven, full sized refrigrator, table and coast guard chairs.
All are located on the 3rd floor, a 2-floor walk up from the front door. Stairs and hallways are skylit throughout.
Standard lease required (A55) for short or long terms. First and last as security payments are due with a signed lease. Proof of income or guarantor are required. Referrals are required. This is a private, owner occupied residence (first and second floors.) Owners, professor and ceramic designer, do not allow smoking in or outside of this residence, neither pets, nor parties.
