We are a family of three in search of a housemate, ideally a graduate student, post-doc, researcher, or visiting scholar. I teach English at Hopkins, a local independent school; my two kids, aged nine and seven, are home half-time, and spend the rest of their time at my co-parent’s house just up the hill.
Your furnished, third-floor suite in our home, built in 1922, is reached via the front door and main staircase. Your suite includes: two private rooms (perfect for a bedroom + study/living area), a private full bathroom, and a dedicated storage area. A compact fridge and food prep setup are provided for light meals. We also welcome shared use of our main kitchen for full cooking when needed, in addition to shared access to laundry facilities, a sun room, porch swing, and a double-lot.
