3494 N Cramer. Look No Further. This unit will surpass the rest as it was recently owner occupied which they made it feel like a high end home. After being in about 150 East Side/UWM properties we cannot stress enough how large the bedrooms are in comprison. 3 bedrooms are all equal size and one is slightly smaller. This house is on corner for expansive yard and lots of sunlight. Natural Hardwood floors. Leaded glass china cabinets and stained glass throughout. Lots of cabinets and high end ceiling fans. Butler's pantry (see above description). Large additional sunroom.
