People are talking about this duplex. And they are saying, "Wow did you hear the kitchen floor got replaced in 2022, the bathroom was totally redone in 2025 and a new outside door and walkway was added in the last year too? And there is two washer/dryer sets in the basement so each unit can do laundry on its own?"
I wouldln't say it's the most beautiful place in the world, fair warning. But it's reliable and I am responsive if you have issues.
This unit has all the standard stuff: Three bedrooms, one bathroom, a spacious living room, walls, a little deck space out back, two parking spots (so long as you have cars on the smaller side ... two SUVs/trucks will not fit). Is it walkable to UWM? That's really someting you're going to have to look in the mirror and figure out. I would say it is walkable in the fall and spring and a little dicier in the winter.
Can also confirm unit has brand new plumbing, a water heater installed in 2022 and is not haunted.
