We we a friendly home with a beautiful deck which backs to open space – across the street from campus and away from the Braddock Rd so it is a little quieter. We are two blocks from the University Mall and across the parking lot to the aquatic center and the engineering building.

About the house: We are looking for someone who wants to make this home, enjoys a clean environment and wonderful amenities it has, and is willing to contribute in keeping the house clean. We have chores, like taking out trash and cleaning bathrooms, that we rotate.

We are looking for leases through August 23, 2025, end of the summer semester.

All utilities are INCLUDED. Professional cleaning service once a semester. You won’t need a car to live here since everything is within walkable distance, but parking is available.

Please no drugs, no tobacco users. No large parties, but small get togethers are absolutely welcome. We have some hard rules such as no dishes are left in the sink and no shoes in the house and chores schedule. 

$40 background check fee (100% goes to the background check company).
