Beacon Hall is located on the Science and Technology Campus and serves as the primary housing location for graduate students.

Beacon Hall offers graduate and doctoral students a selection of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bed/two bath apartments. Each is fully furnished with full kitchens with a dishwasher, as well as individual washers and dryers. Rates include all utilities, cable TV, local telephone service and Internet. 

The on-campus location provides a convenient walk to class on the Science and Technology Campus in Prince William and access to all campus facilities, including the Freedom Aquatic & Fitness Center. Students who have classes on the Fairfax Campus can get there on a free shuttle, available for all Mason students. The closest shuttle stop is located across the street from Beacon Hall at the Hylton Performing Arts Center.

Housing in Beacon Hall is available for students 21 and older, on a case by case basis. You must already be fully admitted/accepted to a Mason masters or doctoral program to get a Mason email adress and G number, which are required to complete the application.
