I am looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP. Move in as early as March 1st. The lease is up in August but there is an option to renew! 4 bedroom, 4 bath apartment at University Edge, located on E Michigan Ave across from Frandor Shopping Center. Beautiful and brand new; this is the first year its been lived in. The room is fully furnished (bed frame, mattress, desk, chair, and side table). All 4 bedrooms have a private bathroom and walk-in closet. In-unit laundry room too. The rent is $795 (utilities not included but parking and WIFI is).
There are three other girls (all students at Michigan State University) living in the apartment currently. All three are very to easy to get along with and down-to-earth; they are amazing girls! The location is less than 10 minutes from MSU and an even shorter walk (there is a pathway built from our apartment to behind Brody Hall). The apartment complex is very nice! Very social atmosphere. There is a resort-style pool, social lounge, study rooms, and a 24-hour gym. There are events (like pool parties, pizza nights, grab n' go breakfasts) set up by the office monthly!
