New England is located in convenient walking distance of campus and is a very popular housing choice for students.  With over 60% of our tenants renewing between 2025 and 2026 school years - units are limited for next year.  As of 3/12/26 - we have five 2 bedroom units, one 3 bedroom unit and two 4 bedroom units left for September. 

Tenants each pay $90 total for application fees - $45 for the tenant and $45 for the cosigner. 
During the lease, tenants pay $40 per tenant per month utility fee that covers a portion of the water/sewer/garbage utilities. 
First month rent is due upon signing the lease, security deposit (equal to 1 month rent) is due upon move in and partially refundable when tenant moves out. 
Parking is open parking for tenants only - all tenants with vehicles can get a parking pass, but it does not guarantee or assign them a spot.
No animals allowed, but ESA or service animals with proper documentation are approved.
