Come live in a spacious private suite less than a mile from the campus and Virginia Square metro. It's a huge house with two levels plus a fully finished basement room.
The basement room has a large private bathroom that has natural light, and have your own entrance. Furnished with a full sized bedframe, chairs, tv (bring your own laptop, or Amazon stick) and tables. The basement kitchen area, located next to the room, has a mini fridge, microwave and storage shelves.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with a shared bath and dining room/study. This 2BR suite is next to a large shared kitchen.
We have a garage for storage space.
There's also a patio in the backyard with tables and shade.
About the house: This is located in a quiet, safe walkable neighborhood with sidewalks all the way to campus and to shopping and restaurants in Clarendon. Lots of trees and adorable wildlife - the last student who lived here said it looked like a Disney movie! And the neighbors are nice too.
I live upstairs on the second floor, and work from home and I have a son who is gone at college during the school year.
