We have 1 private bedroom available for rent in spacious 5 bedroom + 2.5 bath house w/ garage, just a short walk from Cal Poly Humboldt. We're located on the hill behind campus to the northeast. This is a two story house with large deck, two bathrooms, laundry room and lots of storage. There are two houses on the lot. We live in the back house, and are friends with the tenants in the front house. Our garage is located under the front house and has an extra 1/2 bathroom. The garage is a great space for us to store our surf boards and band equipment.
You'll be sharing the house with 4 male roommates, all are entering their junior year at Cal Poly. The shared areas of the house are furnished. You will need to furnish your private bedroom.
We're an active group that love to surf, skate, hike, camp, golf and play music. We've lived in the house one year and plan to stay two more years.
Interested candidates will need to be a full-time student, love the outdoors, and easy to get along with. You will need to fill out your own lease agreement with our property manager, CASA NOVA.
RENT - $600 per month, you pay the property manager directly through an app
UTILITIES - We split water, PG&E, trash and internet
SECURITY DEPOSIT - $1,100
