• Residents: Houses up to 226 residents, including both first-year and returning students, and students of all genders. Floors are split by gender due to there only being one bathroom per floor.
• Meal plan requirement: First-year students may choose an 8-swipe or 12-swipe meal plan. Returning students may choose any of the nine residential meal plans.
• Rooms: The building has a traditional double-loaded corridor layout, with rooms on both sides of the hallway. All rooms are two-person rooms. There is one shared bathroom per floor.
• Furniture provided: Each resident will receive an extra-long twin bed and mattress, a wardrobe and small dresser, and a desk with desk chair.
• Building amenities: Laundry room in the basement with both washers and dryers (all free of charge); public kitchen with full refrigerator, sink, oven, stovetop, and microwave; soundproof music practice rooms; recreation space including a pool table, ping-pong table, and TV, and public computer lounge with printing capabilities.
