They have 9 foot ceilings, lots of windows, ceramic tile kitchen floors, gas log fireplaces, crown moulding, a big double sink, a master bath with a walk-in closet, a dishwasher, disposal, a frost-free ice maker, microwave, washer/dryer connections, lots of storage and a bar. The apartment is fully alarmed with alarms on all windows in the downstairs unit and motion detectors in both units. Very Quiet. NO PETS

Directions: Coming from Denny Stadium on Paul Bryant Drive headed toward town, you turn right on 16th Ave. and Ives #2 will be the second set of apartments on the left.
