Description

The neighborhood is friendly, safe, and close to every amenity one could want.  All you need to do is go to the end of the block, where you'll find  a coffee restaurant, florist, and market and a laundromat on the next block. The apartment is within 5 minutes of the USF Campus. Muni buses 33, 5, 31 and 38 a few blocks up make it super accessible to wherever you need to go.  There are 4 units in this building.  No garage is available, but street parking is good. 

The Room:  The room has a queen size cherry wood sleigh bed, a huge closet with overhead shelf, a dresser, and long desktop. There is a large window facing the street.  Plenty of French doors in this place, as was the style in the 1930's (when the building was built: 1930), surround the room. You can exit to the hallway, or the kitchen through your doors.  The building is on the North side of the street, the sunny side, although the studio is recessed back, so the room doesn't get overheated.  Also, you won't hear much street noise, little that there is. There's a Zipcar and Baywheels bike rentals on the corner, which is a realty great feature, so you can zip into the Arguello Gate to the Park at a minutes notice!  What more can I say?  Location, Location, Location!  I should mention at this point that, as the heading states, this is a Room For Rent, rather an actual studio, as you will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with one other person (me), so I had to choose studio as such.

About me:  I'm a mature, very private and quiet person, seeking a tenant of like mind.  Although I love all animals, especially kitties, my lease forbids them, so please don't ask.  I'm very sorry, but no pets!
