Applying for this apartment is a straightforward process. An application/credit check fee of $250  and a move-in, move-out non-refundable $500 fee paid directly to the building’s Managing Agent. There is also a one-time pet fee of $150.  Please note that the building is a co-op, and the Board must approve the application before signing the lease. To be considered, applicants must have an income/savings of at least $***-***-**** or a guarantor. Upon signing the lease, two cashier’s checks for the first month and a month's security deposit are required.  

Preference will be given for a 26-month lease beginning July 1, 2024, to a Columbia affiliate, graduate student, or visiting professor.
