Great house for Archy/PE/T-Comm/Computer Science/quiet studious ***.******.*** AUGUST 1, 2020.  This home is located fewer than two blocks north of Bethel, just a five minute walk to Worthen Arena.  It features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, recently remodeled kitchen with stacking washer dryer, living room, and dining room.  The living room, dining room, and the bedroom floors were refinished and the bathroom floor was tiled in ***.******.*** is a very clean and well-maintained smaller home with a small deck off the kitchen and a fully fenced in backyard.  There is also a glassed in sun porch on the front of the house.  All windows have been replaced with energy efficient windows.  While the house does not have central air conditioning there are two window A/C units that keep the house cool.  There is a one car garage and ample driveway ***.******.*** we do not encourage pet ownership for college students, given the fenced in backyard, we would consider small pets at an additional charge and corresponding (refundable) deposit.  This house rents for $740 per month ($370 per person) plus utilities.  Lawn mowing is provided in the rent.
