The apartments have plenty of living space and provide tremendous value for a low monthly rent. If you need any extra room for furniture or other large items, we offer storage units to all of our tenants for an additional $50 per month.  All apartments use electric heat.  Trash pickup and city water/sewer are included with your monthly rent payment.
