If quarantine has taught us anything it’s that there are only so many naps and TikTok videos a person can take before they slip into insanity. When we’re all finally given the green light to go out and do the things, you won’t catch anyone staying home to chill. If you’re not familiar with everything you can do on and off-campus in Orem, don’t worry. There are a ton of things you can do for fun, from joining a student organization or club, joining an intramural team, breaking a sweat at the Recreation Center, or cheering on your fellow Wolverines at a sporting event.

Recreation at UVU

The Student Life And Wellness Center, located on the UVU campus, is a great place for students to break a sweat and have some fun. There are a ton of different intramural sports teams UVU students can join throughout the year including soccer, volleyball, dodgeball, disc golf, and more! If you’re not very good at sports, there a ton of other things you can do at the Student Life And Wellness Center. The gym comes equipped with weights and cardio machines, and there is also a rock-climbing wall and outdoor adventure equipment rentals if you’re feeling a little more adventurous.
