The Wolfe Goldring building had gas lighting when it was first built and has the last original hitching post in the neighborhood. The new Modern Streetcar, which runs between the Mercado San Agustin and Banner/UA Medical Center, stops right in front on University Blvd. All units have two bedrooms. The two downstairs apartments have nice front porchesThe two upstairs units have large balconies. All the units have extensive built-in features, such as bookcases and Murphy beds. They feature wood floors, very high ceilings and ceiling fans. The gas lighting has been replaced with new, up-to-date, wiring and plumbing. All units have air conditioning.
Safety is a priority for us, so our properties have exterior lighting and are patrolled by Rankin Security Service. All units are well maintained and include access to coin operated laundry and bike racks.
