Campus Side and Emily Bell Place townhomes are located in the City of Newark on New London Road, directly across from the Marriott Hotel at North Campus.  We have 4, 5 and 6 bedroom units. These beautiful, roomy townhouses have garage parking for 3 cars, security systems, up to 2 additional outside parking spaces to rent ($50/month/space) , central air, plus ***.******.*** is some information regarding renting from North Campus LLC: 
* 352 day leases starting June 8 - May 25
*A security deposit in the amount of one month's rent is due upon signing the lease.  
*If you are a college student, a parent/guardian will be required to co-sign the lease. NO EXCEPTIONS. 
*An exterior maintenance fee of $250 per person will be collected. This fee covers snow removal and lawn care. 
*The rent does not include utilities.
*No smoking in any of the units.
*No pets
*The following appliances are included: washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven.  
*All exterior doors will have dead bolts. 
*All units have a security system. A fee will apply to have the system monitored.
