Our 4 bedroom apartments are positively cavernous; with multiple gathering spaces, two full bathrooms, several walk-in closets, and generously-sized bedrooms, they are an awesome set-up for four roommates who love hanging out but desire private space to recharge. Our 1 and 2 bedroom apartments are also extremely spacious, and work with for a variety of roommate configurations. The Patrician also hosts small studios that are ideal for the student with an eat-sleep-and-run kind of schedule (you know who you are!) and large studios with two walls of tall windows.

The Patrician is a five minute walk to the Marquette University Dental School, a ten minute walk to the Marquette Law School, and just moments from access to the major city bus lines.
