Briargate Phase 1 and 2 were the first buildings built on the property. Most units have been remodeled in the last few years with updated layouts, kitchen appliances, counter tops, cupboards, carpet and tile! These units tend to be our least expensive, but also include the most utilites. All Briargate 1 and 2 buildings include gas, water and sewage in rent. All Briargate phases are pet friendly and are closest to the dog park on our property. Unfortunately, these units do not include washers or dryers as there are not hookups available. However, there is a laundry facility located in the Cachet building for tenants to use. All buildings on our property have access to the student lounge, workout facilities, tanning rooms, laundry facility located in the Cachet building. There are also 2 bus stops located near Briargate 1 and 2.
