Description

Here are some details about leases about 686 E 1000 N.  There’s a $40 application fee per person and the security deposit is $500, $350 of which is refundable (required to hold your reservation).  For a May to May lease the rent is broken into 4 payments. This house is set up for 6 tenants, with 2 private contracts and 4 shared contracts.

Private Room: Summer payment $900 due April 15th, School year three payments of $1710 due June 1st, Aug 1st, Oct 1st.

Shared Room: Summer payment $750 due April 15th, School year three payments of $1350 due June 1st, Aug 1st, Oct 1st.

If you’d like to proceed with the application process, we will need your name, email address, and phone number.  We will email you the application, followed by a link to Transunion Smartmove to complete a credit/background check.  We do not allow pets, drinking, smoking/vaping, or illegal drugs.  Tenants pay their own utilities. We also require renter’s insurance.
