Our Summerhill Townhouses have been newly remodeled. We have replaced all of the kitchen cabinets, the flooring and we have painted the entire unit. They have a gas fireplace, private deck, ceiling fans and blinds on the windows.  There is a washer and dryer in every unit. 

Water/Sewer/cable/internet/snow removal all included in the rent price.

All units have a washer/dryer and come unfurnished, although the Photo Gallery may show units with furniture.  The complex is beautifully landscaped. Within walking distance is a grocery store, wine store, and a bagel/coffee shop, fitness center, salon, and a motel. There is a bus that goes approximately every 15 minutes to Cornell located just in front of the complex.

We are noted to be the finest complex in Ithaca!
