Most units in the Cornerstone building will undergo a full renovation. If you wish to start the year in an unrenovated unit, you’ll be able to move into a newly renovated apartment partly through the leasing term.

RENT FOR UNRENOVATED 4-BEDROOM APARTMENT

4 Occupants – $1840/month
3 Occupants – $1380/month

IMPORANT NOTE: The renovated units that will be opening up during the leasing term are all 3-Bedroom units. This means if you have four people in your apartment, two of them will have to share a bedroom after you move. After you move, your rent in the new 3-Bedroom apartment will change to $1920/month.
