Description

Not everyone gets a B&L townhouse.  There are only 14 of them.  Each one offers you the best off campus living experience you can find.  Included are 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, fully furnished with leather couches, flat screen TV, coffee table, washer, dryer, dishwasher, dressers, desks and beds. These townhouses are IUP’s crown jewel of off campus living.  That is why they are so hard to get!  Everyone wants their own deck to hang out on.  This house has it.  Everyone wants a huge basement for hanging out with friends and, yep, this house has it.  Not to mention it includes parking.  Don’t bother calling for this year, they are already filled.  But there’s always next year.
