Room has large double-tiered hanger closet, with additional shelving.  East Facing window with insulated curtain & shades.
Can provide standard Full-Size beds w/Mattress-Spring and Frame; As well as Desk/Chair if needed.  Rooms are warm and quiet.  Common \"Family Room\" w/High-Speed WiFi; In-House Laundry Room w/Large Washer and Dryer. I am a quiet, clean, Licensed Professional.  I stay busy with my Work and Domestic Upkeep.  There are no pets.  I have many years of experience sharing my home. Many former Tenants have remained ***.******.*** a long-time Vegetarian, it would be great if You had Healthy Food/Lifestyle Values also to share a Large Clean Gourmet Kitchen.  If you are good at keeping meal prep and dishes tidy, everything will work.  Close and Safe off-street parking.  Fenced back yard with organic raised garden beds.  Outdoor deck/patio for eating.I am very respectful of house resident\'s space and environment, with same expected.  Request no Loud Living/Partying.  A Progressive Academic Environment is encouraged and supported.  No Pets-No Smoking. I\'m not allergic; Just want carpet, floors, and keep rest of house Clean and Smelling Fresh ;o).  Well-mannered, Respectful Friends may socially visit.

Offering the Private Bedroom, Bath and shared use of the House Common Areas for $550/mo- includes all utilities and WiFi.   There is a $500 room and property security deposit required.  I can work with you on payment terms.  Available Move-In Week of August 15, 2019 or thereabouts. Minimum rental length period is expected to be through May 2020.  I will of course consider a longer tenancy agreement.  Thanks.
