There are 2.5 bathrooms and the communal spaces (living room, dining room, kitchen, butlers pantry, basement, attic, porch) are very spacious. The kitchen has 2 year old appliances (including a dishwasher) and the carpets in the living room and the kitchen and rest of the home will be professionally cleaned before move in. There is a washer and dryer to use in the basement. There are couches and a large dinning room table to your convenience, a yard and enough parking for all. Only a 2 minute walk to the QUAD on SU Campus, there is a trail behind the women's building that cuts the corner of Comstock and Euclid, which is very convenient. Utilities are additional to the $750/month/room. Utilities run from $20/room/mo. in the warmer months to $60/room/mo. in the coldest temperatures and of course this depends on the use of electricity and heat. The furnace is efficient as it was replaced 3 years ago. It is your responsibility as a group to set up the internet as it's easier to fix and its' cheaper with a new account. The security deposit is $1500/room and is held for incidentals, not first and last months rent. The application includes a $40 non-refundable background check for each tenant.
