 Ivy Woods Apartment (5.0)

Tied for our number one spot is Ivy Woods Apartments, a super cool complex within walking distance of campus. With gorgeous smoke-free units that include either a patio or a balcony, air conditioning and heating systems, assigned parking, access to a picnic area and walking trails, and great maintenance team ready to take care of anything you need 24 hours of the day, you’ll be right at home in no time.

 

Broadleaf Boulevard (5.0)

Broadleaf Boulevard chimes in with a five-star rating with a resort-style pool, a flexible pet policy, and access to the club room (which has complimentary Wi-Fi, by the way). The units are energy efficient and feature high ceilings, granite countertops, oversized windows, and great views. To top it off, residents also have access to walking trails and 24-hour emergency response to maintenance issues.  It’s easy to see why the residents have rated it so highly!

 

The Grand Lofts (4.9)

Coming in at our number three spot is The Grand Lofts, which are located not only within blocks of UConn, but also are in close proximity to the airport, dining, shopping, and tons of entertainment options. All units have hardwood floors, washers and dryers, gas fireplaces, high ceilings, and tons of storage space. As if this wasn’t enough, there’s also a 24-hour fitness room, a cyber lounge, and on-site parking. Score!

 

PD Properties (4.8)

PD Properties, our number four highest rated landlord, owns a wide variety of places, so they’re able to accommodate pretty much any taste or budget! Some great features of some of their properties include garages, central AC, tons of storage space, included utilities, laundry on site, and flexible pet policies. Basically, if you want a certain feature (or a lot of specific features), they have somewhere that will work for you!

 

Santini Villa (4.7)

Coming in at number five is Santini Villa, which claims the spot by offering spacious floorplans, porches, tons of storage, parking, and the cost of heat and water included in rent. Additionally, residents have access to a 24-hour fitness room, a pool, and a lounge with a bar (how cool is that?!)

 

Forest Properties (4.5)

Number six on this list is Forest Properties, which offer some awesome amenities for their townhouse-style apartments – stuff like access to a clubhouse, as swimming pool with a private deck, and a laundry facility on site. Each unit also offers a dishwasher and a private patio, and some also include a finished basement.

 

The Oaks on the Square (4.3)

Next on our list is The Oaks on the Square, which earns a high rating with a ton of amenities and awesome features throughout the property and in each unit.  Residents have access to a rooftop terrace, a 24-hour fitness center, parking, community events, and 24/7 emergency maintenance. To top it off, they’re located minutes from UConn in the Storrs Center, where there are tons of shopping and dining options and offer controlled access entry (for Mom and Dad’s peace of mind) and a flexible pet policy.

 

Eagle Court Apartments (4.0)

Eagle Court Apartments makes the list by offering fully furnished units – and when we say fully-furnished, we mean including things like dishes, silverware and kitchen utensils, blankets, etc. Basically, you don’t need to worry about bringing much besides yourself, which is awesome. Other great features include on-site parking, laundry facilities, and air-conditioning.

 

Walden Apartments (3.8)

Number nine on this list is Walden Apartments, which advertise their apartments as having “Modern designs with old fashioned comforts.” They absolutely live up to this claim, offering a patio or deck as well as dishwashers and disposals in every unit, as well as fast maintenance, access to a pool and basketball court, and free parking. When you add in on-site laundry facilities and the super close proximity to campus, you can easily see why these apartments are rated so highly.

 

The Tree Group (3.6)

The Tree Group, the final landlord on our list, owns Peppertree Apartments which makes our top ten by offering on-site parking, air conditioning, laundry facilities, modern layouts, and private balconies.
