Thousands of students searching for houses and apartments near SUNY Cortland use CollegePads.com every year to find housing. Like many other campuses across the nation, many students at Cortland start searching for housing shortly after the Fall Semester begins. Students begin their search in late September and then really get going in the months of October and November for leases that start the following August.

This September was no different. Students started searching for houses near SUNY Cortland in the second half of September. A huge college town, thousands of students searching for houses and apartments near Indiana University Bloomington use CollegePads.com every year to find housing. Like many other campuses across the nation, many students at IU Bloomington start searching for housing during the Fall Semester. Students begin their search in late September and the number of searches really picks up in October leading into November. 

This September was no different. Students started searching for houses near the IU Bloomington campus during the second half of September. The houses in Bloomington begin to go in the early days, especially ones for bigger groups, while apartments typically start going off the market near the end of October and November. Competition is stiff so get a move on your search and try to secure your pad before heading off for Winter Break!

Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s Most Popular Rentals: September 2019

Each year, thousands of students searching for houses and apartments near IUP use CollegePads.com to find housing. Just like many other campuses across the nation, many students at IUP Bloomington start searching for housing during the Fall Semester. Students begin their house hunting early in September and the number of searches picks up throughout the semester during October and November. 

This September was no different.  Most leases are signed during the Fall Semester a year in advance of the date that you would be moving in. if you’re an IUP student with a group looking for place you’ll want to sign a lease as early as September and no later than November. For those looking to live alone you can buy yourself a little more time but we warn you to not wait much longer after you return from Winter Break.
