10. The Connection at Oxford (3.7)

Clocking in at our number ten spot is The Connection at Oxford, which is one of many of the communities geared towards student living in the Oxford area. With an athletic club, swimming pools, a heated spa, as well as a basketball court and sand volleyball court, you have tons of opportunities to stay active, right at home! Each unit includes cable, a balcony, and an alarm system (for Mom and Dad’s peace of mind.) Other awesome features include access to tanning beds, picnic areas with open air cabanas, private study rooms, and a pet park for your furry friends.

9. Cambridge Station Apartments (3.7)

Cambridge Station Apartments made our top ten list because of some awesome amenities and a great location. Like most of the properties around Oxford, CSA offers a gorgeous outdoor swimming pool, as well as a volleyball court and a fitness center, but they set themselves apart with a Jacuzzi, game room, study labs, and a cyber café. Units come equipped with washers and dryers in unit, free cable and internet, walk-in closets (that are probably roughly half the size of your dorm room), and granite countertops.

8. The Retreat at Oxford (3.8)

In our number eight spot is The Retreat at Oxford which offers free internet and extended cable, multiple included utilities, washers and dryers in unit, shuttles to campus, fully equipped kitchens that come stocked with stainless steel appliances (because you’re an adult and need more than a microwave to make your meals now), and the best part? They offer individual leases, so if your bum roommate moves out in the middle of the semester, you’re not responsible for picking up their portion of the monthly rent. Community amenities include outdoor grilling under beautiful poolside cabanas, water hammocks (how did we not know that this was a thing that existed?) a fitness center as well as a separate cardio center, and a basketball court.

7. The Flatts at South Campus (3.8)

The Flatts at South Campus offers all the best community amenities such as a pool plaza, beach volleyball, a fire pit, free tanning salon, and a dog park. Their fitness and computer centers are open around the clock for your use, which can really come in handy during those tough exam weeks! What really sets The Flatts at South Campus apart is the variety of social events they host for residents to take a break from the demands of college life, meet neighbors and form lasting friendships.

6.  Campus Creek Apartments (3.9)

A pool and misting station, tennis and sand volleyball courts, community Wi-Fi – these are just a few of the awesome amenities that Campus Creek Apartments has to offer their residents. Campus Creek boasts fully furnished units with washers and dryers, included utilities, private balconies or patios, and extended cable with HBO. To top it off, there are also cardio and weight rooms as well as tanning domes there for residents’ use at any time of day.

5. Hub at Oxford (3.9)

Our number five spot goes to the Hub at Oxford, another community geared towards housing students that has some amazing features like an outdoor poolside jumbo TV screen, private balconies on each unit, fully furnished apartments, a sun deck, a sauna and a steam room, and a yoga room, all available to their residents at any time. With high ceilings, porcelain tile bathrooms, and a flat screen TV as part of the deal with every unit, living at the Hub is going to feel more like living at a resort than living in a college apartment.

4. Ole Miss Rentals (4.0)

Ole Miss Rentals rolls in at number four on our list, offering a multitude of really great features about their many different properties. Some favorite features of the units within a mile of campus include porch swings, professional landscaping, tons of parking options, fully detached garages, free cable and internet, security systems, and washers and dryers in each home. Their variety of rental properties really do include something to fit every budget, taste, and wish-list!

3. Lexington Pointe (4.1)

Coming in at number three on our list is Lexington Pointe, which is a community super close to campus that has a full tanning salon on site, as well as private balconies or patios, dishwashers, fireplaces, and washers and dryers in every unit. As if this wasn’t enough, Pointe also offers a pool, outdoor cabana, fitness center, covered parking, and tennis courts. It also happens that Pointe is fairly affordable, as well as super close to campus.

2. Highland Square (4.2)

Highland Square makes our number two spot by offering a ton of great community and unit amenities. Residents have access to a resort style pool, gaming center, fitness center, yoga studio, sand volleyball and basketball courts, as well as several parking options. The units include either a balcony or a porch as well as washers and dryers. There’s on-site management, so all maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner by the super friendly staff.

1. Domain at Oxford (4.9)

Our number one top-rated landlord in Oxford received a nearly perfect score, coming in at 4.9 stars out of 5, and for good reason – the Domain at Oxford is a gated community, featuring fully furnished units with walk in closets, high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, washers and dryers, a flat-screen TV, and private bathrooms. The community offers a dog park, a beautiful luxury pool, a fitness center, study rooms, a theater room for viewing movies on the big screen, basketball courts, and free tanning inside the clubhouse. One of the things that makes Domain super popular is their fast response time on residents’ maintenance requests, as well as the staff’s professionalism and friendly attitude.
