Staff is friendly and welcoming. Maintenance never disappoints and does everything they can to fix the problem at hand. It is close to campus and does their best to get students involved in the community. I will continue to live at Edge until I graduate.”

Located on the corner of Loop and Horning, University Oaks is an affordable off-campus community just steps away from the Kent State campus. Choose to live comfortably alone in a one-bedroom, or grab some friends and opt for a two or three-bedroom unit.
