AG Campus Housing (4.8)
AG Campus Housing is one of the newer property management companies in town, but has already built a sterling reputation with students. With tons of options near campus, and tons of experience in student housing in Eugene, the crew at AG knows what’s up. They have gotten almost all 5 star reviews. That’s pretty neat.
Uncommon Eugene (4.8)
Uncommon’s customer service is apparently just that, uncommon. 4.8 stars on hundreds of reviews is rare. Uncommon offers a different type of student living. Here’s your day: 8 am think about going to class and decide it’s too rainy. Sleep til 11. Noon wake up and go hit up a quick workout at the on site gym. Text friends. By 3 pm you’ve got a darty going on and are grilling out at the gas grills and chilling in the hot tub. Wake up, repeat. Could be worse.
Campustown Eugene (3.9)
Here’s Uncommon’s sister properties. Also focused on students, and apparently also focused on making students happy while they’re there. With locations that can’t really be beat, and fair pricing, this set of apartments near campus clearly is on to something. Campus Connection (3.9)
Campus Connection has tons of properties specifically for students in Eugene. They have strong reviews on both Google and Facebook, indicating that they take care of their tenants and keep strong relationships with the students. One of their calling cards is that they only accept one application per home at a time. They want to work with potential tenants very directly to make sure it’s a great fit for both parties. Campus Connection has done a great job building a great rental company in Eugene.
Mallard Properties (3.9)
With an assortment of duplexes, triplexes, and apartments near campus, Mallard Properties surely has something that will fit what you’re looking for. Started by UO alum, Mallard’s been locally owned and operated in Eugene since 1993. For years, Mallard has been actively building new properties near campus as well (new places are nice….just saying). If you’re like us and are not sure what exactly you’re looking for, Mallard will have a lot of options to show you so you can decide that after seeing a number of different styles of places.
Capri Apartments (3.8)
If you were the kind of student who loved all the great things about dorm life (being surrounded by friends, the close proximity to your classes, etc.) and hated the suck-ish things about dorm life (being under constant supervision, having no personal space, etc.), then the Capri Apartments are definitely worth checking out! They pride themselves on being specifically geared towards student life, and the proximity of the Capri puts them within a ten-minute walk to any building on campus. Residents have access to laundry facilities, the fitness center, the clubhouse, and an on-site maintenance team. Bonus: they’re cat-friendly so that furry friend that you had to hide in your dorm room for six months can now be a recognized member of the community.
Sunday Properties LLC (3.6)
Sunday Properties has a variety of styles of homes and units in the metro Eugene area that offer a huge range of features – there’s definitely something out there to suit every taste, whether you’re looking for a quieter townhouse a little further from campus and downtown or you want an apartment right in the thick of it all. Some places offer skylights, some offer brand new appliances, some offer flexible pet policies, some offer included cable or parking – if you’re looking for a particular feature, you can definitely find it through Sunday Properties.
Eugene Manor Apartments (3.6)
Eugene Manor Apartments are smack dab between campus and downtown, and the building definitely lives up to the self-appointed “Manor” title by offering beautiful views and secured entry. Extending paid utilities, extra storage, free cable, and covered bike storage to its residents, Eugene Manor gives students the opportunity to live affordably, but still get a taste of big city life. The on-site manager ensures that any maintenance issues are fixed in a timely manner, and the building’s security measures will make sure that Mom and Dad aren’t constantly worried about their precious baby, all alone in that big, high-rise apartment in the city.
The Hive (3.4)
If you want locations that are close to campus, The Hive is your spot. They have 11 separate properties close to campus, all in great locations. The Hive is re-defining the student housing game in Eugene. All of their properties are within blocks of campus, and they shoot for a small company vibe that treats each tenant with great care to make sure that students continue to want to stay year after year. VKPM has a lot of options to choose from, from houses to small apartment buildings and even some of the larger luxury complexes in town. Von Klein DOES NOT charge application fees! Von Klein has been in business in Eugene for over 25 years and is locally owned and operated. So don’t fear about your landlord not being reachable because they’re on vacation in Jamaica. They’re here for you. Their reputation proves that.
